This recipe was tested in a 3 Qt pot. You can double recipe and cook it in a 6 Qt pot. Start by pressing Saute and letting your pot heat up until it says HOT.
Add butter to pot. It will melt quickly.
Swirl butter around and add seasoned meat to the pot and cook for 5 min.
Season the other side of the meat and flip again and cook for another 5 min. Press Cancel and remove meat to cool and rest for a bit while the pot cools down.
Add water to hot pot and Deglaze while meat is resting. Make sure you get the browned bits off the bottom of the pot, this will add flavor to your dish.
When meat is cool enough to handle, dice or slice it into bite sized pieces.
Add meat back into pot juices.
Pour rice a roni over the top.
Poke down rice a roni in to liquid.
Sprinkle seasoning packet over the top.
Press Manual or Pressure Cook and set for 6 min on High Pressure, with 10 min NPR. Make sure pot valve is set to Sealing.
When NPR is done, manually release the rest of the pressure. Stir contents and serve.
