Ingredients
- 1½ lb Ground Beef
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or season to taste)
- 1 tsp sea salt

- While the tater tots get crispy, turn your pressure cooker on Saute mode. Wait for your pot to say HOT and brown the meat, onion, and season with Old Bay and salt to taste.
- Once the meat is browned, add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and a cup of frozen veggies.
- This recipe is PIP (Pot in Pot) so you will need a springform pan, tant pan, stacker pan, or some other pan that fits inside your pot on a trivet.
- When the tots are done, arrange some of them around the sides of your pan (save the rest for topping) and place casserole filling in the center to keep them in place.
- Cover pan with foil, add 1 cup of water to your instant pot, place casserole on trivet or use Tant stacker. Cook 25 min HP, QR.
- Let it cool and add air fried the tater tots to the top. Garnish with sour cream and chives
- You can top with sour cream and chives. Or your family's favorite accompaniments.

Not sure what size bag of crowns to use but I got 30 ounces and that was way too much. Then I made the filling and there was way too much filling to fit in the spring form pan. Did I miss something? I’m sure it will taste good.
