Any Quiche Recipe
This recipe was developed so that I could make any type of quiche I wanted to. You can make endless combinations of meats, cheeses, and veggies based on what you have on hand or what sounds good to you.
Ingredients
- 1 premade pie crust the ones in a roll
- 1-2 cups cheese cubed or shredded
- 1 cup meat or seafood crab, salmon, sausage, etc
- 1 cup veggies onions, zucchini, asparagus, wild rice, tater tots, anything!
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 T Dijon optional
Instructions
- Unroll crust and put into a glass pie pan. Fill crust with cheese first, then meat and veggies (the meat and veggies should be 2 cups combined) arranging to look pretty (if desired). Beat 4 eggs with sour cream and seasonings. Pour into crust, don't overfill. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until quiche is puffed and knife comes out clean. Recipe doubles easy. Make two, they go fast!
