Breakfast Meatloaf Instant Pot
Equipment
- small bundt pan
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground meat mixture (any combo pork, beef, turkey)
- 1 lg egg
- 2 tsp seasoned salt or PC Magic if you have it
- 2-3 tsp poultry seasoning Sage or poultry is good for this one
- ½ cup bread crumbs dry or fresh (I prefer fresh)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients together and place your meat mixture in a large mixing bowl.
- Add your seasonings right on top of the meat.
- Now add your egg, bread crumbs, and cream.
- Mix together to incorporate all ingedients.
- Put mixture into a small bundt pan.
- Place in your pressure cooker on the trivet and add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pot. Place lid on pot and set valve to Sealing if your pot requires that. Set pot to Pressure Cook or Manual for 25 min and 15 NPR.
- Check temperature with meat thermometer before removing from pot. You should have the temperature be 175 degrees or more at the center.
- Carefully drain any grease or liquid from your bundt pan and turn over onto a plate or serving platter.
- Serve with eggs and toast for a fabulous breakfast.
