Instant Pot Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

- 1 lb chicken tenderloins frozen
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion finely chopped, or shallot
- 16 oz pasta
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 oz cream cheese
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese grated
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper

- Here is how my dish turned out. (The updated amounts are listed above) Reading the recipe was a little bit tricky and if you don't have a scale, you may have issues with measuring since these are loosely translated from a metric recipe (I assume). 1.5 oz of butter is about 6 Tbsp, and 3 oz of parmesan is 3/4 cup. I also think if I had added the entire pint of heavy cream, my finished dish would look more like the one photographed which looks more 'saucy' than mine does.
- Here are some other photos of the recipe posted by people who have made it. This recipe makes a terrific sauce and the standout ingredient here is paprika. Not only does it give the sauce a nice color, but the mildly sweet and smokey flavor makes this recipe pop!
