Easy Green and Black Olive Tapenade
You will love this stuff. You can spread it on baguette rounds or crackers as an appetizer. It's great as a sandwich spread, pizza topping, pasta topping. So versatile.

Ingredients
- ½ cup green olives pitted, with or without pimento
- ½ cup black olives pitted
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp flat leaf parsley
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- ⅛ tsp oregano dried
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Measure and add all ingredients to your food processor.
