Instant Pot Gruyere And Green Onion Omelet

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese or whatever kind you like
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp green onions sliced
- 1 pinch herbs de provence or herbs of your choice
Instructions
- Gather all of your ingredients together.
- Put all ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl and mix together.
- Then pour into a prepared PIP. You can line with parchment or spray with cooking spray. Cover.
- Put PIP on a trivet with 1 cup of water in the bottom of the pot.
- Cook 25 min on high with 10 min NPR.
- Meanwhile, make your bacon and toast.
- Eggs were so tender. Really, really good!
