Instant Pot Red Potatoes, Kielbasa and Cabbage
This is going to be one of the easiest meals you have ever made in your pot. Layer the ingredients, add your liquid, set it and walk away. Dinner is just a few minutes away!

- 1 lb red potatoes - halved or quartered depending on size
- 14 oz ring of kielbasa
- 1 cabbage (cut into 8 pieces) chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces for soggy cabbage)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 10 oz green beans fresh or frozen (optional)
Instructions
- Layer ingredients in pot. Potatoes first.
- Then add kielbasa cut into four pieces.
- Next, cabbage cut into wedges and place on top. Pour chicken broth in the bottom. Set to Pressure Cook for 3 minutes and QR. If you like your cabbage super soft, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook for 4 min and QR. Cabbage cooks very fast under pressure.

Tips: We even make this for breakfast when camping. Super easy meal. Doesn't even need any seasoning other than a little salt an pepper when serving. But, feel free to add what you like if you feel it needs it. This was done in a 6 Qt pot but feel free to use an 8 Qt pot and double the ingredients. Sometimes we add green beans, they can be fresh or frozen.
