Tater Tot Hotdish
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef browned
- 1 onion
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup
- ½ cup water
- 16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables unthawed
- 32 oz. tater tots frozen
Instructions
- In a large skillet brown ground beef and onions until no pink remains.
- Mix in soups and water.
- In the bottom of a 9x13 pan arrange a layer of frozen tater tots and top with frozen vegetables. Pour soup mixture over the top and add another layer of tater tots.
- Bake at 350° for 1½ hours uncovered.
