Turn pot on Sauté (More mode) and wait until the pot says Hot.
Gather your ingredients an begin prepping. This recipe goes very fast. So, chop your onion and cabbage. Measure your seasoned salt and garlic. Open your can of tomatoes and get ready to cook. See Note Below*
When your pot say Hot, go ahead and add your oil. Then you can add the hamburger, crumble meat and begin browning it. Then add your chopped onions and seasoned salt or salt pepper to taste. When meat is browning, you can add your garlic and cook 1-2 min.
After you are done browning your meat, you can drain if necessary. Then deglaze your pot with beef broth. Add your raw, uncooked regular white rice and make sure it is poked down a bit into the liquid.
Now layer your diced tomatoes over the top and DO NOT STIR.
Add all of your chopped cabbage on top. If you choose, you can add 1 Tbsp of butter, this just add a great flavoring and butters your cabbage. DO NOT STIR and close the pot. Set your pot to sealing if your pot requires that.
Set pot to Pressure Cook for 6 min with a 10 min NPR.
When pot has finished cooking and you have done your NPR, you can release the rest of the pressure. Stir your food, taste and season additionally if necessary.
