Air Fryer Garlic Scallion Cheese Ciabatta Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread I use a Take & Bake loaf (14 oz.)
- 1¼ cup mayo
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup scallions sliced thin
- 3 tbsp parsley finely minced
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 2 tsp poppy seeds optional, but so good
Instructions
- Carefully cut bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet or mesh air fryer basket that fits into your air fryer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Mix together your mayo, cheese, scallions, parsley, and garlic.
- Spread half of mixture evenly on to each cut length of loaf. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Air fry in batches at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melting, crust is crisp, and topping begins to brown. Let cool before cutting into slices and serve.
