Air Fryer Garlic Scallion Cheese Ciabatta Loaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread I use a Take & Bake loaf (14 oz.)
  • cup mayo
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup scallions sliced thin
  • 3 tbsp parsley finely minced
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds optional, but so good

Instructions
 

  • Carefully cut bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet or mesh air fryer basket that fits into your air fryer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Mix together your mayo, cheese, scallions, parsley, and garlic.
  • Spread half of mixture evenly on to each cut length of loaf. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  • Air fry in batches at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melting, crust is crisp, and topping begins to brown. Let cool before cutting into slices and serve.
