Just a quick fish fry for a snack.

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 filets pan fish or fish of your choice
  • oil for spritzing

Breading

  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt Grandma Behrendt's
  • ½ tsp thyme or any herbs you like

Instructions
 

  • Make sure your filets are thawed and patted dry.
  • Mix together your breading ingredients. Or you can use a store bought breading of your own choosing.
  • Spray fish with cooking spray or oil spritzer. Dust with breading and place in air fryer basket with parchment on bottom.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 12-14 min turning halfway. You can spritz with oil again with if you feel like the filets need it. An additional spritz or two will give them some extra crispiness.
