Air Fryer Lamb Chops (or Grill)

Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds lamb chops thick cut (about 8 chops)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1½ tsp rosemary, dried and ground
- 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (no-salt type)
- 1 tsp seasoned salt or sea salt is fine too
- ⅓ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Combine the garlic, rosemary, lemon pepper, seasoned salt, and olive oil in a vessel you plan to marinade the chops in. Either a ziplock freezer bag or plastic storage container. Mix ingredients together very well
- Add lamb chops, making sure to turn to coat them completely. Cover and marinate the chops in the fridge for as little as 1 hour, or as long as overnight.
Air Frying:
- Some of the timing is going to depend on the type and performance of your air fryer. I used an air fryer lid for this and turn out just fine. It took about 12 min (6 min per side) at 380° to get to 135° internal temp. Just keep an eye on them and check the temp midway and at three-quarters time and adjust accordingly.
Grilling:
- Grill the lamb chops on medium heat (350°) for 7-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 135 degrees F.
- Allow the lamb chops to rest on a plate covered with foil for 5 minutes before serving.
