- 2-3 pounds lamb chops thick cut (about 8 chops)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1½ tsp rosemary, dried and ground
- 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (no-salt type)
- 1 tsp seasoned salt or sea salt is fine too
- ⅓ cup olive oil
Combine the garlic, rosemary, lemon pepper, seasoned salt, and olive oil in a vessel you plan to marinade the chops in. Either a ziplock freezer bag or plastic storage container. Mix ingredients together very well
Add lamb chops, making sure to turn to coat them completely. Cover and marinate the chops in the fridge for as little as 1 hour, or as long as overnight.
Grilling:
Grill the lamb chops on medium heat (350°) for 7-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 135 degrees F.
Allow the lamb chops to rest on a plate covered with foil for 5 minutes before serving.
