Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb baby potatoes precooked, these can also be leftovers
  • 4 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp Grandma Behrendt Seasoned Salt

Instructions
 

  • If you have leftover, cooked baby potatoes, that's perfect! If you don't you need to cook them. This is how I cook the potatoes first. https://grandmabehrendt.com/ip-syracuse-style-salt-potatoes/
  • Smash cooked baby potatoes with the bottom of a glass and brush with butter.
  • Cook in air fryer at 370 for 15 minutes or until nice and crispy brown.
  • It's not necessary to flip they. All the lovely crispy edges are mostly on top.

Notes

If you don't have leftover, cooked baby potatoes, go ahead and make your own! These are terrific!
