Instant Pot Beef and Cheese Stuffed Football Sandwich

The original recipe from my MIL is terrific and we have made this for years for the Superbowl. A few years ago I converted it to a pressure cooker recipe and my own version of this sandwich was born

You can either make this in a nice long French loaf, or do individual buns or hoagies. The important part is the bread. You need the type of bread that has a nice firm crust so this sandwich holds up well. These sandwiches are even fantastic served cold the next day. I always make a double batch for leftovers.
