Instant Pot Parma Rosa Tortellini and Sausage Soup

Ingredients
- 2 bags frozen tortellini 19 oz each bag
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- ½ tsp granulated garlic
- 14 oz kielbasa sliced ¼-inch pieces or cooked chicken sausage
- 1 cup heavy cream
For Topping
- shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- For this recipe you are going to layer the ingredients and DO NOT STIR. Just let everything sit in their layers and it all cooks up just great.
- Add to the pot in this order: broth, frozen tortellini, crushed tomatoes, sliced sausage, oregano, seasoned salt, and garlic.
- Put lid on pot and select Pressure cook for 1 minute.
- When the cooking is done you will do a QR or a controlled release. Carefully open your pot and stir your soup. Add the heavy cream and serve with parmesan cheese for topping.
- Everyone loves this soup. I usually serve this with crusty garlic bread.
