For this recipe you are going to layer the ingredients and DO NOT STIR. Just let everything sit in their layers and it all cooks up just great.
Add to the pot in this order: broth, frozen tortellini, crushed tomatoes, sliced sausage, oregano, seasoned salt, and garlic.
Put lid on pot and select Pressure cook for 1 minute.
When the cooking is done you will do a QR or a controlled release. Carefully open your pot and stir your soup. Add the heavy cream and serve with parmesan cheese for topping.
Everyone loves this soup. I usually serve this with crusty garlic bread.
