  • 6 oz pineapple juice use canned (apple juice is good too)

Upper Stacker Pan

  • 1 box au gratin potatos 4.7 oz box
  • milk and water according to box
  • butter according to box
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional - for topping the potatoes)
  • water to pressurize the pot

Instructions

  • Prepare Lower Stacker Pan by adding ham steak. You can cut the ham steak to fit in pieces or you can separate it at the natural sections of the ham.
    ham
  • Pour pineapple juice over ham steak and set aside.
  • Prepare your box of au gratin potatoes by adding dried potatoes, water, milk, and powdered mix. Dollop the top with butter.
  • Place the au gratin pan on top of the ham pan and put into wire rack. Do not place a cover on the potatoes. Leave that open so heat and steam can cook your dry potatoes.
  • You will need to add 1 cup of water to your pressure cooker before you lower your stacker pans into the pot.
  • Place your lid on the pot and set the valve to Sealing (if you need to do that for your model). Set pot to Pressure Cook for 6 min and do a 10 min NPR. When you open pot, your potatoes will be cooked through.
  • At this point you can top with additional cheese if you choose to.
  • Then you can place this under a broiler or use your CrispLid to brown the top.
  • The potatoes are done when they are nice and brown.
  • Serve!

Notes

Tip: I hang my CrispLid by a hook near where I use my IP so I can have it ready to use any time I need it.
