Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Measure flour and milk and pour into a smoothie shaker. Preferably one with a whisking ball inside. Alternatively you can whisk ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and salt. Shake or whisk together your ingredients until smooth.
  • Grease pan with butter or spray with non-stick food spray. Use the smoothie shaker and pour ingredients even into greased pan. Each cavity will be slightly more than half full.
  • Place pan into cold oven. Bake at 450 for 24 min. Easiest popover recipe I have ever done. No preheating.
